Trinity Fire Services - For Greater Safety and Service

Client Testimonials

Trinity Fire Services (TFS) were engaged by the Corporation of the Sisters of Mercy to significantly upgrade and augment the fire management and safety equipment within our conference and administration centres as well as prepare and institute a Fire Safety Management Plan.

TFS undertook this exercise in both a professional and consultative manner and delivered an outcome that met all our expectations as well as being highly commended by Queensland Fire and Rescue Services.

I have no hesitation in recommending TFS to any organisation seeking to upgrade their fire safety systems and procedures in line with current best practice.

To Whom It May Concern,

This letter it to advise that Mr Frank Marsh and Trinity Fire Services have been utilised by BAE Systems as a Lloyds Approved, installed fire suppression system maintainer for the Navy’s Landing Craft Heavy (LCH) vessels in Cairns.

I have had the pleasure of being involved with Mr Marsh and his staff for four and a half years, since BAE Systems became the In Services Support Contractor for the LCH ships.

Mr Marsh and his staff have always displayed a very courteous and professional attitude toward their dealings with the Navy and can be relied on to attend to any requests for maintenance for the LCH ships in a timely manner.

On many occasions , Senior Technical Officers and Commanding Officers fo the LCH ships have remarked on the extremely efficient service that was exhibited by Mr Marsh and his team.

I have no hesitation in recommending Mr Marsh and Trinity Fire Services to any prospective clients for any work involved with installed fire suppression systems, including gaseous and water systems.

Yours Respectfully,

Neil Stanmore

On Tuesday, the 11th of November 1997, while fishing off Cairns, an alarm indicated an engine-room fire on our vessel "Fiesta III".

The fuel to both engines was shut off, but we were unable to immediately stop the starboard engine as the engine electrical wiring was damaged and the engine hand stop had seized due to the heat. When the engineer & skipper attempted to open the engine-room after hatch, which is situated between the engines and aft in the cabin floor, they were met by flames. The hatch was immediately resealed and the MISTEX WATER MIST SYSTEM activated.

A close eye was kept on the deck over the engine-room and after engine-room bulkhead. As no more heat was felt, the hatch was opened after the passengers were disembarked to another vessel and the "Fiesta III" under tow. The fire was completely extinguished by the MISTEX WATER MIST SYSTEM. We were completely satisfied with the operation of the MISTEX WATER MIST SYSTEM, and we believe this saved the vessel, as well as causing no discomfort to passengers or crew while being used.
